Annual Meeting
The UKBCG Annual Meeting is now fully booked. Members who still wish to attend may complete the waiting list form below. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a place. If a place becomes available, a member of the UKBCG team will contact you with further information on how to proceed with your registration.
Please view the registration fees here and UKBCG members can register below. Earlybird rates are available until Friday 11 September.
Please note that conference accommodation is now fully booked and is no longer available through the registration process. Members wishing to attend will need to arrange their own accommodation separately.
This meeting is for UKBCG members only. The UKBCG Annual Meeting is aimed at Consultant Oncologists but is also open to Oncology Associate Specialists and SpRs.
Membership is open to UK-based individuals approved by the Trustees including:
- Consultant Clinical and Medical Oncologists
- Specialty doctors, postdoctoral research fellows, career registrars in clinical or medical oncology

Memberships run from 1st January to 31st December each year. There is currently no annual charge for membership.
